Why are hops added to the products?

Our products contain hops (hop extract) which are not only calming and therapeutic in nature, but which also provide anti-bacterial properties. You don’t have to be a beer lover to appreciate all the benefits of hops!

Do the products smell like beer? 

You might think the hops would make the products smell like beer but we’ve captured all the benefits of the hop properties, whilst the essential oils provide the fresh citrussy aromas.

Are the products dermatologically tested?

Our products are dermatologically tested and certified for sensitive skins. 

 

If I change my mind, can I change my order?

We are here for the people and want to ensure you are happy so if you would like to change an order please email us hello@thehoppery.com your order details and if it is yet to be shipped we will make the requested changes. For details on returns or exchanges please read our returns policy in our FAQ’s.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

We understand when you’ve placed your order you want to receive it as soon as possible, so we will always endeavour to ship to you within two days of receiving your order. We deliver both Australia wide and internationally. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

 

Can I track my order? 

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details and can monitor its progress. 

In what way do you support the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF)?

We believe in a purpose beyond profit and proudly support the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF). We donate $1 from every product to ACRF whose mission is to outsmart cancer by providing world-class scientists with the equipment they need to improve prevention, diagnosis, treatment of all types of cancer. Where do you deliver your products to?

We deliver Australia wide and internationally. Depending on the volume you order the postage will vary but once you’re through the checkout the shipping amount will be calculated.  

 

What is your Returns and Refunds policy?

We accept returns on unused and unwashed items (i.e. clothing) in the original packaging and with the original tags within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the cost paid for the item/s minus the shipping fee. We unfortunately can’t take responsibility for any item that is exchanged or refunded resulting from the goods being damaged in transit. If any of the products are faulty, we will refund the item including any shipping cost. Please note items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For any exchanges or returns please email hello@thehoppery.com for return postage and contact details. 

 

Please note international orders are not eligible for a refund.
